have any of you stay outside a lot & get sun damage? like my neck & ears, the skin is like peeling & i was wondering if there was any cream or lotion to make the skin healthy & heal again? i'm worried i might get cancer from the sun.

i don't get burnt or anything. i just get sorta red wherever i don't put sunscreen. one thing that's bad though is that my face just gets red as well but my body becomes tanned..
