Ive never been to a public school.
Elementary went to an catholic school. And now for High School I go to a catholic hs. One thing about private which I appreciate is that in our particular school we pretty much respect everyone. Like everyone works together and we have that family feeling in school. Another I would say is a plus is that my school used to be an All Girl Catholic HS and even though its been a couple years since that the school is still 60% girls compared to 40% guyz so the favor leans towards us guys hehehe ![]() For downsides... Uniform is cool and stuff, dont have to think about wut to wear, but it gets really boring fast. Usually a good thing or well for parents, but nerve-recking for students, academic requirement is sooo frikkin high in the school; I guess thats why my class which started as 170 dropped to 95 students. Class ranking is whack, teachers take too much pride in the school being known for being "hard" so the classes are very tough even for regular CP classes. School is strict. Neglect to bring ur book to class? 1hr detention. Have a undershirt besides white sticking out, 1hr detention. Forget to log off school comp, 2hr detention. Stupid reasons, u can get detention for anything at our school and its widely enforced. Ive gotten 1 2hr detention and 1 1hr detention for my 3 yrs at the school but ive managed to talk my way out of it saying it wasnt in d rulebook... of course the next year it would be. Oh yeah its a catholic hs yet only 1/3 of us is catholic. Nice to know the school is shoving us to make us believe the faith they teach us. Even though religion classes seem to be as hard as AP Us history or something. ![]() |
