try to know about him well if you really want to move on with him.
ask yourself whether he is the right type for you and whether you can accept him as who he is. if your answer is yes. then find some common topics between him and you. find a chance to start talking to him and then you can start everything. remember to smile. a smile will light up your face and makes you look more confident. dress the way which fits you best. you can be yourself ,that's the best . however, it doesn't really matter to change a bit for the boy you like if he deserves that.. good luck:P
