jealousy, its funny, isnt it? Options

we're all guilty of being jealous of someone or something from time to time... but i think it's pretty hilarious when some people take it too far, and they just start acting stupid...

for instance, the girl in our graphics class... she sits behind me and christine, and i guess she prides herself on being a really great artist. i respect her for that.. she does some really good work. but i've been doing it longer than her...

at the end of the week, we have projects that we have to pass in.. they all get hung on the wall and everyone in the class has to do an evaluation on everyone else's work.

i could tell she'd get a little annoyed because me and christine would kinda outshine her.. she'd be talking to us all friendly-like one minute, then after the evaluation, she'd like.. get all pissy...then sometimes she'd try to "correct" us on some shit, but it'd always turn out that it didnt matter, or she just didnt know what she was talking about.. it got kind of annoying, because..cmon i think i know what im doing by now,so please step off...

last week, i passed in my work and it never got put up.. i was like..wth... then later i had to switch computers because something was wrong with the one i was working on... i went to the row behind us, next to that girl, and saw my project in a pile of her papers. i just took it back and she sorta stared at me and got kinda red, and then i found another computer to work at elsewhere...






also, christine (trish) sometimes gets jealous of me so she beats me in my sleep.



what are your experiences with jealousy, either from yourself or from others?

Back when I was at UMBC, my first college, a lot of black females would spread false rumors about me and the guys I hung out with making me sound like some kind of ho. I know for a fact that if the majority of my friends weren't black and male, they wouldn't have bothered or noticed me. I've often heard various women comment on how "its worthless women like me who take the few good black men away from them"... WTF?!!? I AM soooo sick of hearing that bull. Perhaps if you were a good woman and didn't look down on black men all the damn time, you'd be able to pick a good man up yourself. Don't hate cuz something wrong with you.

And I've had experiences when i'm with my man in which other girls would try to insult me for no reason, like "oh, she ain't all that, she a skinny lil bitch". I mean, I wouldn't even know them and no one even asked in the first place.

I had a "best" friend back in high school who would go after and try to date my exes after we'd break up. In some cases she'd actually succeed and try to brag bout he always lacin her with new gifts and complimenting her and telling her she the best GF he ever had and blah blah... and it's funny cuz none of them relationships ever lasted.

This is why I can't stand females sometimes. They always gotta be competitive and hating on everything. Ever since I stopped associating with females say maybe 3 years ago, I've had less problems.

And my BF gets jealous when I spend time with other guys. It gets annoying sometimes.
