Hey does anyone know a free paint program (NOT PSP) that is easier to use than psp but like has a lot of options.. Well what do you all use because I DONT understand paint shop pro

My friend uses this program called Photo Explosion Deluxe.. I haven't tried it. My friend made good graphics with it though...
