hey everyone, you know any interesting facts. feel free to post some of the ones you know!!!

here are a couple:

- butter is one atom away from being plastic, which is why when left out in the open it doesn't
attract any flies!!!

- apples not caffine, is more efficient in waking you up in the morning!!!

- an average women say 7,000 words per day. Men manage just over 2000!!!

I have two...

1) It takes a shorter time to freeze boiling water than it takes to freeze cold water.

2) If you want to freeze a bottle of water for, say, a camping trip, you don't have to freeze it overnight. Just stick it in the freezer for 2 hours and take it out. It's watery? No problem. Give it a good whack on the table - it'll magically turn solid. Try it, it really works =)

Well, water (H2O) is an atom away from being peroxide (H2O2)<--(bleach for your hair and teeth). In fact, a LOT of things are mere atoms away from being other things. C02 is carbon dioxide, which doesn't harm you, but CO is carbon monoxide and is deathly toxic.
