hokay, a few things. get rid of those scrollbars--they make you look fat. tranparent scrollbars
next: lipsuction. your bg needs some sort of fade or border. sharp edges don't look good on anyone. on that note, try a few backgrounds on for size (gte rid of that boring black).
also, the horiz scrollbar must go. it's so last year.
a better font would help us all see the "f" in "infected."
get rid of that horizontal bar at the end of your page. throw this in your header:

let's see, what else...oh yes, transparent blogbody'll let us see the rest of your bg pic, too. transparent blogbody speaking of, what's with the alignment? i don't get what you're going for.
ah, and navigation: too small, crap font. there are billions of good font sites out there. find them! a few decent ones: FontFreak, Chank, and TypeHaus.
