why do the layouts I submit always get rejected, this has been like 6 times now. this troubles me cause I know that the layouts I make aren't bad

well... maybe you didn't follow the instructions or something?
you could PM the mods and kindly ask why, I'm sure they'll give you an acceptable reason for that. P.S. keep up! don't give up just because you got rejected =] |
