As long as he's not staring in the mirror going, "hey there sexxyy" lol i find that unattractive cuz i HATE those cocky guys! But i like a guy that wants to look his best, so if he's looking in the mirror to fix his hair or somethan then i think its nice
 As long as he isn't staring in the mirror because he thinks hes hott
