i wear sports bras all the time...probably like 4 or 5 days out of the week. (different ones each day tho lol) I even wear them to bed! I just find them more comfortable. but...Do you think there are any negative affects to ur breasts by wearing them so much?

i just know that you shouldnt wear bras (sports or not) all the time because it affects the boob growth.
