Well I'm guessing in Photoshop, create a new document. Make the background white. Any size.. I suggest one bigger than 400x400.
Okay, on your Photoshop toolbar, click the Elliptical marquee tool. ![]() Use the Elliptical Marquee tool to make a circle, any size. Like so.. ![]() DO NOT DESELECT!! If you did, go to your history palette and undo. Okay, after making your elliptical marquee, click on the Rectangular marquee tool. ![]() Then click on this.. ![]() Okay, make your rectangular marquee tool to the horizontal edges of your circle. Er.. it'll look like this. ![]() Yay you have your shape that you wanted. Now you right click on the marquee, and go down to Fill. A box will come up. Make it any color you want.. And your done. Blah that was a pretty easy lesson I hope? |
