hanging stars Options

i saw a background with these sparkling flashing stars hanging one by one on someone's xanga but i can't find the code for it!! can someone please help me??

for it to move you have to save it as a gif, and you would do it vertical repeat, and position it top center, and make sure at the top of your CLAF you set the page background to black

it doesn't work
it doesn't flash when i save it and then i have to turn it into a jpeg to upload it and it still doesn't flash.
what did you save it as??
oh and when i put it on my xanga which of these do i choose??

Repeat Background:
all directions
horizontal only
vertical only
no repeat

Position Background:
Vertical:
top
center
bottom

Horizontal:
left
center
right

it doesn't stay where it is when i choose "horizontal only" for "repeat background:" but i have to choose that because or else it won't be spread horizontally.
do you know what i mean?? please help, i'm sort of ignorant at this
