So. My boyfriend called my house and my mom answered the phone. He thought she was me. Unfortunately,my mom got all suspscious and asked me who he was. I simply shrugged it off and she told my father. My father denied it and said he trusted me. Note: my parents don't know about our relationship. It's killing me that my parents have so much trust in me and I'm hiding behind their backs. I want to break up with him ASAP, but championships are next week. The coach told me not to break it off until AFTER championships. But then, I don't want it to kill him over Christmas. Now, I just can't wait that long! So please...do you have some advice on what I should do?

breaking up with a boyfriend before a big event is really going to effect u unless if the breakup is done from ur feelings. like u actually dont want to b with him and it wouldnt hurt u to b alone. if u break up with him b4 the championship and u 2 remain as friends, that would b nice too. that way u 2 still have a relationship as well as not stress over hiding a boyfriend from ur parents. if u break up with him after the championship, then u dont have to take the chance in breakin down b4 the big day, but like u said. u dont want to wait that long. theres pros and cons for both decisions. if i was in ur position, i'd take that chance and break up with him b4 the championship. saves u the stress of waiting until its over as well as being free of the guilt of having a boyfriend. its all up to u tho. good luck ^^
