ok first day of me registering and i'm asking another questions....sorry..i just want to learn this but no one ever answered this before...
 umm i want to learn how to make layouts and all...i just got myself Paint shop pro or PSP u call it and iono how to use it becuz my uncle set it up wit his own disk that came in with no instrucions and the computer doesn't help...ok to the point...(how do u make the top layout like this transparent and blend in together...check it here
