i was over at my boyfriend's house the other day and he told me that he loved me. we're only 14 and we've only been going out for like a month. but he told me that he'd loved me for a while. i told him that i liked him a lot but wasn't ready to use those words. was that a smart move? i mean i really do like him but we're only 14 and to me those words are like really special...ya know what i mean. i just...i'm not sure if what i said could have hurt him or not. do you think what i said was right?

i think you did the right thing. i'm 13 and this guy who i'd been going out with for 2 weeks was like i love you and i was like wtf? and i broke up with him 2 days later because he started getting all psycho. save it for when you really mean it.
