i was over at my boyfriend's house the other day and he told me that he loved me. we're only 14 and we've only been going out for like a month. but he told me that he'd loved me for a while. i told him that i liked him a lot but wasn't ready to use those words. was that a smart move? i mean i really do like him but we're only 14 and to me those words are like really special...ya know what i mean. i just...i'm not sure if what i said could have hurt him or not. do you think what i said was right?

QUOTE(th5418 @ Nov 26 2004, 12:13 PM) Okay nonreaders. I think we have covered the ground that "I love you" are strong words. Damn. haha. i hate it when people just restate what everyone else has already said. anyway, i don't think your age should affect whether you love someone or not. you can love someone if you're 14. sure, it's not the same KIND of love as if you were 30 or something, but it can be love. and you can love someone in a month as well. it just depends how you feel about them. |
