Does he lyke me..?, as a best friend, or crush? Options

I have a best friend that i have fallen 4, and i dunno if he has fallen 4 me, but I personally think so. My friends do 2....i think. I talk 2 him on the phone and on aim 4 a long time. One of my friends told me that he told her that he had a crush on me. But then agen, he flirts a lot. I've started hugging him 2. He doesn't seem 2 mind..that much....oh yah, i read sumthing in the boys locker room (i no. i shouldn't go there) that a boy may lyke u if he can sing 2 u comfortably. well he lykes singing 2 me, but....he wants 2 become a singer....he lykes 2 flirt A LOT with me 2, so i can't tell if he really means it or not., and i can't ask him if he lykes me, cuz he'll probably hide his feelings...i dunno if u guys get wut im saying, but im really confused...

A.) i hug everyone. it's just a friendly gesture. it doesn't mean that he's totally into you.
B.) i hate it when everyone talks about how they talk on AIM or the phone for hours. so what? have you ever even hung out with him? done anything together that dosen't include sitting on the computer the whole day? why don't you invite him out to the movies with a group of friends?
C.) why don't you just ask him out? the worst he can do is say no. so what? there are plenty of other fish in the sea.
D.) well if he wants to become a singer...i don't think that's really something special only for you. obviously he probably sings to alot of people. you know? so sorry...i don't think you can count that as a way to tell if he likes you or not.

sorry. i know alot of the stuff i said was pretty harsh/mean i guess? i'm just kind of in a pissed off mood.
