POP-UP BLOG ENTRY!, Trying to make my blog entries a pop-up. Options

Okay, on my xanga HERE, I want to make it so that there is a link you click to have a pop-up blog, since the space in the actual layout is VERY tiny, and a pop-up blog would be awesome.

Tried looking HERE, and at this skin to try to figure out how to do it, but no luck...ideas, suggestions?
