College Roommates, Friends or total strangers? |

I am going to be attending UC davis next fall with four of my good friends from high school, and we have to soon tell the college who we wanna dorm with. i am askign this question to any of yall who have done "the college thing"...should i room with one of my close friends from HS or should i just wing it and geta total stranger?
i duno what to do cuz i dun want our relationship to be strained but i dun wanna have a weird room mate what should i do?
