hey this is dumb but is n e 1 in here Mormon? lol its a religion... lol or know n e 1 hoo is im just wonderin.. lol

nooo. not exactly. im a christian. brought up by the same christian standards and stuff. but anyways.
mormon and christianity are two different religions. mormons believe in more than one god and multiple marriages wit multiple women. while in christianity, we believe that there is one and only god and we marry one person.
also, they believe in jesus. just not in the same way as christians do. in forms of orthdox
but. other than that. they are very similar. though what they do are against what the bible teaches and stuff.

but thats just mai opinion

oh man, people please stop saying things that you hear by rumors, go to the website I listed and truly learn what a certain religion practices and promotes and what it does not.

First of all Mormons believe in one God, they believe in jesus christ, and they believe in many things that any orthodox christian would, except they believe there is a living prophet today, and that there are another set of scriptures(history of the ancient americans) called "the book of mormon". That's basically what sets them apart from the christian world. That and they have guidelines, on how to live morally, and righteously.

Don't listen to the rumors abour religion people! At first I was skeptical, and awkward around other religions, but after taking AP World History and Theology classes, I've learned that some religions are not what the world percieves them to be.

And don't judge a whole religion for the doings of people who consider themselves part of that religion and do things against the religions principles. For example, there are many christians in the world that beat their wives, rape kids, yet we judge the religion for what it stands for *jesus christ* and we don't base our opinions on some of the members of that religion that do not follow the principle of their own religion.
