have you noticed how the world is completely against left handed people?

school desks- as if those desks arent uncomfortable enough, lets just put the arm rest only on the right side, which makes writing with your left hand completely akward

sissors- cutting with sissors and getting straight lines or good curves is just hard

computer mouses/mice/meeces- theyre on the right, which although over time you adjust, it still makes drawing steadily difficult, especially when vectoring, which might just account for part of the reason im so terrible at it

writing left to right- with our writing system, moving you hand left to right with your right hand is quite easy because you can pull it along, where as lefties have to push their hand along the paper, which takes more energy, is slower, and it gets the side of your hand rediculously dirty because it rubs the paper and smears the lead/ink

see, its not easy, and its not fair. we should start a left handed peoples support activist group, or something of the sort. i mean sure, i may be able to get a scholarship for it, but thats about the only advantage. this unfair treatment of left handed people is unjust, and at the very least they should provide some lfet handed desks

You say I should get off your back about correct stroke order, yet you say people should learn Chinese correctly. But in your previous post you denote that it's fine to write right to left and that it doesn't matter if you write incorrectly in a sentence for homework. Contradictory.

I'm not inflating the situation, it's called SARCASM. I'm saying, if you've been left hand dominant your whole life, then how is it hard to write from left to right?

Yea, I'm left-handed, and writing strokes left--->right is a particular deficiency of mine. I'm not you. You're not me. You need to stop being an arrogant a-hole.

English is also written left to right, how come people don't complain about that?!

Okay, you're right. Saying that NO ONE writes Chinese with a pencil like they write with a brush is wrong, because everyone is different. But just because SOME people may write like that, doesn't make it RIGHT. I thought someone like you so hung up on character correctness would catch that.

Irrelevent to the situation? Then what have you been arguing about? It's the point of the argument! The original poster didn't understand my argument, so I clarified for him/her. Then you posted about how bitchy I was that I was whining about writing strokes from left--> right. That is why you're arguing with me in the first place. Irrelevent? NO! I said you're racist because you keep using "Chinese" in the context of race. "Are you even Chinese?" Why do you even need to know? Maybe I could be a Caucasian, and know about Chinese writing. Oh! You are left handed? Good for you. Take a Chinese Class? Kewl. Do Calligraphy? That's great, too. You can write left -->right with Chinese character strokes? Congrats.
