 There's this girl...my friend really likes her, but this guy asked her out, and they are going out. Tarina (the girl) i don't really think likes/loves him(Kama, the guy) as much as she likes my friend, and I keep telling him to just ask her out. Is this wrong?

well i mean if the feelings aint there why drag it along?? right?? and if they both know they both have feelings for each otha [[ur friend and the girl]] then he should act on them..
