ok.. a lot of times i can't get myself to do what im supposed to do like.. to study. and i try to force myself to read some book and i just can't focus on it and i think about other stuff.. how do i get myself to concentrate and to achieve my goals??

i think its easier to study in teh day. i have a desk next to a big window, so when i get bored i juss watch lil kids scream outside.
 it helps meeh study
