ok.. a lot of times i can't get myself to do what im supposed to do like.. to study. and i try to force myself to read some book and i just can't focus on it and i think about other stuff.. how do i get myself to concentrate and to achieve my goals??

....go to ur room...turn off all tv's and radio's...go onto ur bed...open up ur text book...and read
