Slow on mouseover marquee

Okay, I got the code for the slow on mouseover, but I was gettin confused while she explained how to use it. Do I add a new one of these for EVERY affliate button I want to add?

CODEBOX: -> right click -> copy/paste


So it would be like this...

CODEBOX: -> right click -> copy/paste


Or do I just add all of them in that ONE code, like this?
