the difference is very simple.
R&B is music usually slow (like slow jams) singing about something and usually very clear. Hip Hop is music with a beat that make ur head bounce and can dance too. "Rap" you hear on the radio is really hip hop. Rap is alot of rhyming and flowing and harder than Hip Hop. Commercial Rap is usually hip hop. Real Rap is barely heard on top 10 radio stations and is usually hard to understand.. ...or something like that.. usually how i put things. |
