Hey I am new to this and I want to learn how to create my own Xanga skins using pictures of me, so if anyone wants to help, I'd appreciate it!!

Welcome to CB.
You can check out webdesign section for some tips on making skins. Or use some premade skins in the xanga skin which also include some tutorials. |
