I cannot go one day without at least two liters of caffeine free diet pepsi. I go crazy without it. Yeah, I drink straight from the 2 liter bottle.
And why do they make Nature's Valley bars so damn GOOD? |

..... soda can't "give" you anything .... except for maybe a large gut
HOWEVER, it is thought that excessive sugar intake can cause diabetes .... and its not to say that if you drink sprite every day that you will become diabetic .... its if you drink nothing but sprite and sit on your ass all day that will make you diabetic. the same thing goes for soy sauce .... everyone knows that soy sauce is bad for you .... but when taken in large quantities (like drinking a whole bottle for instance) that will really f**k you over. |
