Ok, so all girls have them and they are one of the worst things about being felmale. Any tips on relieving some of the pain? What do you do when you get a really bad cramp?
I've already heard the following so please don't suggest these: 1. exercise 2. lots of water 3. heating pad 4. (the obvious) pills *any specific medicine you know works would be great, though |
