Poll out of curiousity ..... I'll list the advantages of having either or ...
Porcelain Advantages - easy to clean - sleeker Disadvantages - in the winter time, its cold as hell Cushion Advantages - comfortable - keeps your ass warm in the winter Disadvantages - hard to clean - sticks to your ass in the summertime |

Very random. Mine's porcelain, and yes, it does suck when the seat is really cold during winter time, especially in early in the morning. At least guys don't have to worry much about it...
