Ok, well...
Last year my teacher said that most people get more sick in the winter is because the air is dry and that you should use a humidifier. So, I got out my humidifier and used it last winter. I didn't get sick and I get sick like, almost every winter  So, do you guys use humidifiers during the winter? |

we have a built in humidifier in our home. so we dont have to refill it every day or something. all we have to do it clean the filters when nescesary and adjust the settings!
