Could someone, very nicely and kindly tell me how to make themes. I am new to the whole making them- but i have photoshop 7.0 Is that good??? Can someone please take time to walk me step by step on how to make them, because i want them for me and my friends. Thanks!! I am online right now so IM me at earymir1 !! <3

basically you've got to be creative and mess around with your art program. that's about it......
