I want to change my arrow like this xanga, but I don't know how to.Does anyone know how to?

It's called a cursor. You can request your own in one of the resources in the big book of resources. Or look in the xanga scripts. Also check out xquizit_442 (premade) or x_cursorz_x (requests) at xanga.com
