I personally think that the term "love" is something that is defined by the person themself, and not a general standard. Therefore, no. I dont think there is an age.

No. Age doesn't grant comprehesion for love. A lot of the time age is evident, but just because age is present, does not mean it should define a set of rules for when love is applied. As Master put it, no other emotions are defined by a set of rules, so why should love be determined that way?
