 Oookk, skool just started again, I have gotten so used to staying up late. Even when I am tired I cant fall asleep till like midnight! Witch isnt good cuz I have to get up at 5:30. Does n e one have n e tips to getting to bed earlier? Sorry If someone already posted a topic on this, It is perfectly ok if u wanna close it... |

I had the same problem when school started for me. But after a week or so it was always easy for me to go to sleep, probably because school is so boring.
