can someone plz explain to me what exactly animal abuse is?
i mean im not like starving my dog or anything.. have you ever seen anyone abuse an animal? its horrible i saw a man kill a dog..he owns a...restaurant |

Animal abuse is when the owner basically abuses the animal *intense beatings, starvation, etc.*
I seen a animal being abused once when I was little. I went up to the guy and started yelling at him. poor dog..shaking and everything. Wish i could have saved him. |
