so i`m sure it`s pretty normal to get a bloody nose & that almost everyone has experienced one. but is it healthy to have them for long periods of time? like yesterday i had one from like 8 pm to 1 am on and off ... and i just had one a few minutes ago & last week. also, is it healthy to get them frequently? and does anyone know what causes them? well yeah..that`s all i have to say =)

yea i dont think its too healthy. you can get them from high levels of blood pressure. or overusage of the brain. hahaa. &also from extreme heat. i never knew it had to do with calcium
 . hahaa.
