so i`m sure it`s pretty normal to get a bloody nose & that almost everyone has experienced one. but is it healthy to have them for long periods of time? like yesterday i had one from like 8 pm to 1 am on and off ... and i just had one a few minutes ago & last week. also, is it healthy to get them frequently? and does anyone know what causes them? well yeah..that`s all i have to say =)

Err.. I don't think thats quite healthy...
Maybe you just need more calcium [I think its calcium  .. ehh i could be thinking of something else...]And.. what are you doing to stop your nosebleeds? Because some things that do the trick are.. Paper under ur upperlip Key taped behind your neck |
