Well...i wouldn't say go out with him cause...he's already dating someone...and i wouldn't say...deal with it...cause you said i can't so i pick...hmm.....maybe try finding someone else? Ah...but that's tough too....hmmm
 I'd say try to find her another dude to help her get over him.
