 Hi.. I'm trying to get started making layouts/blogskins but I have no idea what programs I need... If anyone could please tell me just the programs that I need to make blogskins/layouts I would really appreciate it  I just have no idea where to even begin with trying to find out, So someone... i was just abt to ask the same question...
so..basically i just make whatever i want to have as my layout and code it?? ...how do i code it??  i guess i'm just an idiot
