I noticed that sites/forums that support blogs make original layouts but can't code ther own forum. what makes everyone of them special? each one uses IPB so what?
 what would make cB better than blogring is that if they can code there own forum, you know be original. no offense to IPS thou..just a suggestion...

its more the people and the content that make it special. createblog is consistently active, and contains quality skins and codes and the people, if not nice, are at least entertaining. after i first joined xanga, i was looking for skins, and i was choosing which to join, cb or br, and after trying both, cb is a ton better. blogring needs their layouts, which are actually pretty annoying, to make them seem impressive, so that people will think they offer better stuff, when i reality they dont
