Blink Boxes, How do you get two? |

I want to have two blink boxes around my title. But I can only have one. I have put the code above and below my title but then only the top one appears. Is there anyway I can get two blink boxes or do I have to settle for 1? Here's my site if you need it:

Set the rows to two in the code.....
As in there will be two rows, one under the other. |
