Do you guys have weird neighbors? I swear, NONE OF MY NEIGHBORS SPEAK ENGLISH. I have a midget that lives right next door to me. He listens to loud mariotchi music and dances. He sepaks nothing but Spanish. Actually, it's pretty funny when he dances. haha.. I also have a filopino pastor that lives next door. He speaks nothing but Tagolog and he's always dressed in black....and then I have a neighbor..Okay he does speak English, but he's a cat fanatic. He catches cats and then releases them into the wild.

lol i have a neighbor whose one year younger than me and screams for no reason. umm my other neighbor likes to piss off all the people in the street by singin the hokey pokey as loud as she can
