i'm a camera whore?, like omfgoshers! Options

Hahahaha, there are some real idiots on the internet. I have been IMed a countless number of times about being a "camera whore" cuz I say I am on my Xanga and my MySpace. Apparently, some people don't know what it means. Some people seem to think it means I strip for my camera. Others think I'm calling myself an actual whore. And then some think it means that I like to "cyber". Are some of you kids really that sheltered not to know what I actually mean by "camera whore"?

All it means is that I like to take pics of myself. Ok? No, I'm not a stripper, an e-whore, a cyber freak. Sorry if that disappoints some of you.

Actually, everytime I've used the word camera whore.. I tend to say "Oh, now i'm camera-whoring again... I'm taking too many pictures of myself" or something.. lol But I only probably take 4 and post it up. Something like that lol. So no one gets confued.

Anyway, I remember when my friend, from 2 years ago, first said "I'm a camera-whore. OMG Christina, you're gonna be a cam-whore like me! " When I asked him to let me borrow his webcam. His damn webcam doesn't work with Windows XP O_o BUT NOW, it does haha. That's strange, back then he said it didn't work. [i]Anyway[/b], I thought that he was someone who takes alot of pictures of himself. But see, my friend IS NOT the type of guy who would go and take pictures of himself naked or anything lol. He's far from that, even if he acts a little silly lol. But if I heard that word from someone else, 2 years ago, that I didn't know, I might think of a whore that goes online and cybers. Sorry, but I was a very sheltered child and even though I did go on the internet then, I only went to chat.. pretty much it. I never heard that term before, until my firend said it to me lol.
