Does anyone know how to do this effect on Animation Shop?
Step by step instructions please? I'm a newbie to PSP and Animation Shop. The thing that looks like falling rain.

Okay, I got to the adding a background color on the icon and having scanlines..but how do I add text? and make it show?
[[edit]] Nevermind, I transfered it into Photoshop and ImageREady. THANK YOU SO MUCH :D |
