well find an animated icon right click it and press save as and then go to your xanga profile and insert a profile pic!
or do u want it in your profile like where intrests ro something then just add: CODE <!-- begin code provided by createblog.com --> <img src="picture here"> <!-- end code provided by createblog.com --> hope i have answerd your question
