 Hi.. I'm trying to get started making layouts/blogskins but I have no idea what programs I need... If anyone could please tell me just the programs that I need to make blogskins/layouts I would really appreciate it  I just have no idea where to even begin with trying to find out, So someone... Photoshop and Imageready's what I use. You'll need something to code your layout in. I just use Notepad.
