 Hi.. I'm trying to get started making layouts/blogskins but I have no idea what programs I need... If anyone could please tell me just the programs that I need to make blogskins/layouts I would really appreciate it  I just have no idea where to even begin with trying to find out, So someone... personally, i like adobe, and i think it's easier, but who knows for other ppl, PSP is a good program 2, and u can try downloading the free trials. paint works, but if u really want a nice layout, try adobe or PSP
