 Hi.. I'm trying to get started making layouts/blogskins but I have no idea what programs I need... If anyone could please tell me just the programs that I need to make blogskins/layouts I would really appreciate it  I just have no idea where to even begin with trying to find out, So someone... you might wanna use adobe photoshop/imageready for the images/image mapping.
you might also want a software to code your stuff, but that might not be entirely necessary. |
