 Hi.. I'm trying to get started making layouts/blogskins but I have no idea what programs I need... If anyone could please tell me just the programs that I need to make blogskins/layouts I would really appreciate it  I just have no idea where to even begin with trying to find out, So someone... I also use Photoshop...and Imageready to animate things. :D It really depends on what program you're good at.
Some people prefer PaintShop Pro because from those you can make glitter signs and what not. |
